Low Voltage Wire is DONE!

After 4 weekends of pulling wire to all edges of the house, it is finally done.

The wires coming out of the left orange box are the speakers and volume control wires.
The wires coming out of the right orange box are the security system wires.

The Wires in the steel box are the telecommunications (Coaxial and Cat5E) wires.)

Out of the gutter and into the cold..

Although the stucco guys completed their job a couple of weeks ago, some minor cracks developed in 3 areas and they have come back to patch them up..... Having the scaffold up for the stucco guys allowed our gutter guy to hang the final piece.... On Wednesday of this week the guys from Airsmiths installed the air conditioning condenser...If you're wondering if that is the American Standard Allegiance 14 Super Efficiency Condenser, you would be right! It's finally done...

   We're excited to report that our house is finally, really, officially DONE!  The shower hardware in the third-floor bathroom was installed this past weekend.   Yes, we moved in back in June of 2006....Don't judge...
