taped, textured, and sanded

The sheetrock in our house has been taped, two coats of compound have been applied, MANY days of drying have taken place and today the guys were over there sanding the rough edges down....We should be ready to start painting in a few days...now, if we could only find a painter...

This shot is from near the front door and looks across the dining room and into the kitchen..

Out of the gutter and into the cold..

Although the stucco guys completed their job a couple of weeks ago, some minor cracks developed in 3 areas and they have come back to patch them up..... Having the scaffold up for the stucco guys allowed our gutter guy to hang the final piece.... On Wednesday of this week the guys from Airsmiths installed the air conditioning condenser...If you're wondering if that is the American Standard Allegiance 14 Super Efficiency Condenser, you would be right! It's finally done...

   We're excited to report that our house is finally, really, officially DONE!  The shower hardware in the third-floor bathroom was installed this past weekend.   Yes, we moved in back in June of 2006....Don't judge...
